About the Role:
As a Databricks Lead, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions using Databricks platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop scalable data pipelines, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will be responsible for performance tuning, troubleshooting, and ensuring the overall success of data integration and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Design and develop data pipelines using Databricks platform.
- Implement best practices for data ingestion, processing, and storage.
- Perform data modeling, schema design, and optimization.

Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience with Databricks Delta, Structured Streaming, and MLflow.
