What You Will Do:
- Feature Engineering and Selection: Identify probable features and input needs, engineer network architectures, and select hypotheses sets for evaluation.
- Business Scenario Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business scenarios, formulate hypotheses, and brainstorm solutions.
- Use Case Development: Create use cases from available data, assess architectural impacts, define success criteria, and design data pipelines.
- Infrastructure Enhancement: Introduce new team members to data infrastructure, optimize experiments, and explore new possibilities for improvement.
- Tool Evolution: Contribute to the evolution of data science infrastructure and tools within Ericsson’s environment.
- Technical Leadership: Act as the primary author for external publications, showcasing Ericsson’s technical expertise to customers and the research community.
What You Will Bring:
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Expertise in forecasting, classification, data/text mining, NLP, neural networks, deep learning, and more.
- Big Data Analytics: Experience identifying trends, patterns, and outliers in large datasets.
- Proficient Coding: Ability to write robust code in Python, PySpark, and familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and Spark.
- Cloud Experience: Familiarity with GCP, real-time data ingestion, and experience with AWS and Azure preferred.
- Data Science Solutions: Ability to propose, prototype, and visualize data science solutions based on requirement analysis.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in data science or 8 to 15 years in development and data science combined.
- Machine Learning and AI: Strong background in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Gen AI and LLM: Experience working with Gen AI, LLM, and prediction models.
- Deployment Experience: Proven track record of developing and deploying solutions in live environments.
- Cloud Proficiency: Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP, with Docker and Kubernetes expertise.
- Technological Expertise: Proficiency in PySpark, Python, and SQL.
